Privacy Manager ?
It is important for organizations that their corporate culture connects with the manner in which GDPR implementation is organized. For most, this will translate into a traditional Plan-Do-Check-Act model: Plan: allocate 50+ GDPR privacy activities to the members of the organization’s privacy team
Do: have your privacy team members deliver proof of execution of these activities
Check: have your Data Protection Officer monitor the correct (proof of) execution
Act: have your Data Protection Officer advise on points of improvement
With our unique workflow-based approach we help our customers implement the GDPR in line with their corporate culture ” Marc Vrijhof, Chief Entrepreneurial Officer of The Privacy Factory
As an integral part of the Privacy Manager, The Privacy Academy provides GDPR training courses ranging from vocational DPO training to employee awareness programs. Core to the Privacy Academy is its 70/20/10 training approach:
• 70% learning by doing
• 20% learning through coaching and feedback
• 10% learning through (online) classroom training
Experience gained during the 250 implementation projects already realized has shown that implementing the GDPR generates ad-hoc problems requiring specialized knowledge. As is true for the Privacy Academy, the Privacy Consultant is an integral part of the Privacy Manager. This online ‘DPO as a Service’ enables its users to contact GDPR specialists directly using a four-step process:
Step 1: go to ‘My Privacy Manager’ and contact your dedicated GDPR specialist directly
Step 2: describe your problem and attach relevant documents
Step 3: receive your qualified answer and further discuss details, and subsequently
Step 4: build your own Q&A library in the Privacy Manager
As of January 1st 2020, The Privacy Factory will start expanding its Benelux network to all other EU member states. Already having a presence in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, expansion to neighbouring countries Germany and France is the natural next step.
